Shipping Requirements


By making a purchase from this website, you (the purchaser) acknowledge the following legal requirements and agree to comply with them to their full extent. 

Glass Distillery will only ship to a recipient over the legal drinking age of 21, and to a state where it is legal to do so.  

The signature of somebody over the legal age of 21 is legally required upon reception of any alcoholic shipment. Additionally, a valid form of identification may be required.  

Purchases made on this website by Washington State residents, or for delivery to Washington State residents, must pay all required applicable Washington State liquor taxes, liter taxes, and sales tax.

Please Note - We can NOT ship to these states due to their liquor laws

Return Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. We'll always do our best to take care of customers, so please contact us if you have any questions, comments, or issues.




Please call us at 206.743.8070 or email to let us know if you are requesting a refund or exchange. We can then take the necessary steps to resolve the situation.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking ability or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.




We will notify you by email when we receive your returned item. Then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

In the event that a limited-time discount or sale occurs within 24 hours of your order being placed, a partial refund may be issued. This is solely at the discretion of Glass Distillery and is not guaranteed. 




We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If we do not have more inventory of the item you wish to replace, we will offer a substitute item or refund, whichever you choose.
