Selkirk: 2Bar Bourbon Barrel Finish
Through a collaboration with Nathan Kaiser, owner & chief distiller of Seattle’s 2Bar Spirits, Glass Distillery is thrilled to present a limited variation release of our award-winning barrel-aged vodka, Selkirk.
Rested for 23 months in American Oak, previously used by 2Bar Spirits for their Bourbon Whiskey, this limited production spirit has the subtle sweetness of bourbon whiskey up front, and the soft finish of our Washington wine grape-based Glass Vodka.
Only 168 bottles of this limited-release, 100 proof (50% alc.), collaborative spirit were produced in engraved 750ml bottles.
